Mamelodi Sundowns are in Congo to take on AS Vita Club in a CAF Champions League group stage match. It was Masandawana's familiar rivals AS Vita who dumped Pitso Mosimane's side out of the competition in April last year.

The Brazilians will certainly be looking to get one over Vita this afternoon. Supporters Club spoke to a Masandawana fan, who opted to remain anonymous, about the game.

"I want to tell you now, we will wallop Vita in their own backyard!" he said.

"I know that it's nice of everyone to say 'We are behind Sundowns', but in actual fact a lot of those who say that are the ones who wishes that we get a hiding from Vita.

"Nonetheless, we are Masandawana and we are the reining CAF Champions League, CAF Super Cup and PSL Champions."
