Reports coming out of Sharks FC of Porthacourt camp lately haven't been encouraging, the Blue Angels General Manager on Wednesday evening engaged in a row with the Club's first choice goal keeper, Isah Danladi and fresh reports have emerged that Sharks FC gaffer, Gbenga Ogunbote has been attacked.

The former Sunshine Stars coach. Ogunbote helped Sharks FC avoid relegation two seasons back in what looked like a miracle and finished 13th on the NPFL log last season.

SL10.ng couldn't reach the coach who is said to be in a very serious state at this moment but we were able to reach a close associate who pleaded anonymity.

"Gbenga was attacked by some hoodlums yesterday (Wednesday) who accused him of not considering their own players good enough for Sharks FC. We are at a local hospital as I speak to you right now," the source stated.

Gbenga Ogunbote led Sunshine Stars of Akure to debut appearance in Africa reaching the semi-final stage in both the CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup.
