Mamelodi Sundowns beat the Nedbank Ke Yona team 2-0 at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Sunday afternoon and, midfielder Hlompho Kekana tells the Siya crew that it was a great game.
Striker Katlego Mashego bagged a brace to help Sundowns overcome their less experienced counterparts.
‘Gonzales’ said that their opponents gave them a good game which helped them continue to prepare for the season ahead.
"It was a great game. They were a good team. You know we played three games within 24 hours after playing in Richards Bay but that was good because it kept us busy and going while other teams were on break.
“It was good to play and they really took us on," Kekana concluded.
