Onazi Set For Liverpool Move?
EPL Beckons For Super Eagles Midfielder, Ogenyi Onazi
Super Eagles midfielder, Ogenyi Onazi, could be on his way to the English Premier League if reports monitored in the Italian press are anything to go by.
According to reports monitored by SL10, the former My People FC player is said to be suggested in a player exchange talk between Liverpool and Lazio.
The Nigerian is expected to move to the Mersey side club while former Roma striker, Fabio Borini will move to Lazio.
Reports by La Repubblica have it that Borini has been picked by Lazio and they want him in exchange with the Super Eagles midfielder.
Ogenyi. Onazi became a regular feature for Nigeria at the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations where the Eagles became the African champions and since then the former Golden Eaglets class of 2009 player has never looked back.
Onazi, 22 has been previously rumored to be on his way to the Premiership but with reports rife that Borini, who has warmed the bench at Liverpool is also considering a move to Italy, it looked certain the Nigerian might just make a move next month.
