Motsau Joseph Setlhodi, commonly known as "Banks", is one of the first generation Glamour Boys! Today, as he celebrates his 70th birthday, Supporters Club wishes the Kaizer Chiefs legend a happy birthday, and takes a trip down memory lane.

In 1969, Setlhodi joined Kaizer XI, now known as Kaizer Chiefs FC, after his impressive performance against the Soweto side when his previous club, Invitational XI, beat Chiefs 3-1.

Having spent about 15 years at the club, Banks is still the player who has made the most appearances for Amakhosi. He has 446 Chiefs outings to his name, according to the reports in the media, but former colleagues have disagreed, saying that the goalkeeper was involved in an excess of 500 matches.
