'Kylian Mbappe More Professional Than Lionel Messi Was'

By Kurt Buckerfield - Oct 13, 2017 09:32 AM @KurtLaduma

Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe is more professional than FC Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi was at his age, according to a former teammate of the Argentine.

Messi's Incredible Argentina Record Revealed

The 18-year-old Frenchman has made a fantastic start to his career, and his countryman Ludovic Giuly, who played with Messi at Barcelona, believes the PSG forward looks after himself better than the Argentina captain did at his age.

"Kylian has great potential," Giuly told RMC.

"He has everything to be great, he is professional and with a healthy mind. He chose PSG to grow.

"Mbappe is more professional than Messi at the same age. He knows better how to manage his body. Leo had a lot of worries with his health while he was growing. It was more complicated for him.

"Kylian has the advantage of knowing himself and recovering well."

Neymar Comments On Messi's Argentina Heroics

Mbappe has an excellent record of 30 goals and 18 assists in 66 senior games for Monaco and PSG.

Do you think Mbappe has the talent to be better than Messi? Let us know in the comments section below.

Too early to say, hold your horses boy. It has taken Messi so many years to be where he is. Mbape is just starting, hasn't proved nothing yet except a few touches of brilliance that show he is a promising future star. Messi is and always has been professional.
