Reports: Real Madrid Star Reaches Verbal Agreement With Chelsea
Chelsea have reportedly reached a verbal agreement with a R446 million Real Madrid star.
The Premier League champions are reportedly keen on adding right back Danilo to their squad for the new season.
According to Brazilian news outlet Globo Esporte, the defender has already agreed personal terms with Antonio Conte's side.
However, the two clubs are yet to agree on a transfer fee, with Los Blancos valuing him at €30 million (R446 million).
Real manager Zinedine Zidane apparently still sees Danilo as a valuable member of his squad, rotating him with first choice right back Dani Carvajal.
The player, however, reportedly wants to leave the Santiago Bernabeu in order to gain more first team action at another club ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
The Brazilian joined Real for €31.5 million (R469 million) from FC Porto in 2015, and has made 56 appearances for the Spanish giants since.
