Neymar and Luis Suarez Slammed For Poor Performances Against Juventus

Manchester United legend Roy Keane slammed FC Barcelona forwards Neymar and Luis Suarez after their team was dumped out the UEFA Champions League by Juventus.

Ramos Hits Back At Pique After Cryptic Tweet

The Catalan giants were knocked out of the prestigious competition after failing to turn around a 3-0 deficit from the first leg in Turin.

After the match, the Ireland assistant coach, who also works as a TV pundit, accused the two frontmen of not turning up in either of the two legs of the tie, with their team failing to score against the Italian champions.

"Neymar and Suarez never turned up for the two legs. (Lionel) Messi still showed moments of magic but never really troubled the goalkeeper," the former United captain said via ITV.

Keane went on to praise Juve's outstanding defence, which is yet to concede a goal from open play in the competition this year.

"(Barcelona) never really troubled the goalkeeper. From a defensive point of view, from the whole team, it was an outstanding night for them," he added.

"It's a brilliant achievement. It was a fairly comfortable night (but) no matter how well you defend you're still going to give up one or two chances, which Messi had and he didn't take them.

"Over the two legs Juventus were by far the better team and we saw their experience come through tonight."

Juventus join Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid and Monaco in the semi-final draw, which will take place on Friday.

Guyz we must remember Juve has to come out n play in the Semi final allover again. Atletico Madrid could prove a stumbling block for Juve. Atletico prode themselves on defending as a unit as well. Those two teams need to meet now on the semi finals. A final of two teams brilliant at defending could be a disaster for us football lovers.

Italian soccer teams are known of their defensive organization and for years they have dominated in that department and Barcelona could not crack that stubborn defense. I don't see any team stopping juventus now, whoever comes against them, are bound to be whipped.

one thing is certain juventus has an amazing backline so whoever comes up against them in the semi's has to really come up with a brilliant way to outsmart them

they lost it the day they started becoming assistant coaches and interfering with coache's choices and forcing him to announce his departure to please their egos, i love barca but i mean one season of few bad results was no reason for everyone to start panicking, what if the next coach is worse, one season
